Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original, unopened packaging
• ESD-sensitive components must be in sealed ESD-safe bags
• Custom or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return
• Items must not be damaged due to improper handling

Return Process

1. Submit a return request through your account or contact support
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked
4. We will inspect the returned item and process your refund

Refund Methods

• Original payment method (5-10 business days)
• Store credit (immediate, with 5% bonus)
• Replacement or exchange

Non-Returnable Items

• Components with broken moisture barrier bags
• Programmed or customized devices
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Cancellable / Non-Returnable (NCNR)"
• Items returned without an RMA number
